I know most of you are sick of hearing the B.S.california smog stories but heres another one. I have a 1991 300zxtt that I have to smog at a test only station. First place I took it to tested it for 45min only to tell me their timing light wasnt working right so they couldnt finsh the test.. I smelt B.S...I just dont think they wanted to pass it because they thought it was modded but couldnt figure out what...idiots...wasted my time..
Took it to another test only place and he saw my chrome hard pipes and a loose vacume hose and said he needed a E.O.D NUMBER for them. What a joke they have nothing to do with smog... So my question is do hard pipes even come with E.O.D numbers? If so can someone send me them? This smog has been a nightmare and I have been putting it off for 6-8 months. I just want to be able to drive my car legally and finsh it.(body and Paint) Also if anyone has any other E.O.D NUMBERS for any other mod like greddy innercoolers? Its almost like anything they see chrome or polished has to have a EOD number..rediculous!!! Thanks to anyone who can help
